We thought the China program was interesting, but they did spend a lot of time with the young gymnast and barely touched upon the industrial growth of the country. Where were all the factories that make stuff for Walmart?

Discovery Channel Program
I think I misunderstood the announcement for the program about China on the Discovery Channel. It is indeed on again next Sunday, but at 7 PM and appears to be a repeat. Last night’s program apparently wasn’t the first of a two-part series on China but the first of a series of programs about different countries. Next Sunday at 9 is Italy. Watching this will still be useful, however, as we plan to go there next year with Karin, Dan, and Dan’s mother Cathy.
